Once the sheets have been printed they are collated together. They are are bounded by either quarter bound with hard covers, stapled with soft cover, glued in notepad form or provided as loose fanapart sheet sets.
Depending on the requirements, NCR books, or pads, can be custom designed with logo, contact information and any other information relevant to the business. NCR paper is commonly used for purchase order books, invoice books, receipts, quote books, job books, contract books and site books. Whatever processes you have within your company where multiple copies are required, then NCR books are what you will need.
NCR paper comes in white, pink, yellow, green and blue. All available in various carbon combination to allow the pressure to pass through the complete book. They are produced as Carbon Back CB and Carbon Front CFB and Carbon front CF. As an example a triplicate (3 sheets) book will comprise in order CF, CFB and CF compared to a duplicate (2 sheets) CB and CF.
The quarter bound hard croc covers come in blue, red, green or black (see image below). Covers can be made of a soft board and can be custom printed with branding other office information for filing. You can also add a wrap around writing plate or writing plate insert. Other features are that they can also be individually numbered and perforated.
